Beluga Bar first opened in December 2010. It is located in the heart of the Washington mall and possesses a modern and vibrant atmosphere. Sammy Wong, the executive chef, trained for many years in Japan to hone his craft. With his decades of experience, he has put together a sushi menu combining the oriental sushi tradition with the western flavor. We call it ‘Fusion Sushi’. Beluga Bar has been awarded ‘Bermuda Best Sushi’ in 2013 & 2014, and ‘Certificate of Excellence’ in 2014 & 2015 by Trip Advisor. They offer their customers a full bar and friendly service.
